Pluma Jewelry, established over 10 years ago, is the creation of designer Treffry Caldwell, whose passion for individuality and creativity drives her work. Treffry’s mission is to empower women of all ages to express themselves through her jewelry—pieces that make them feel beautiful, confident, and unique. Her belief that women should wear what they love, not what they think they should, is at the heart of every piece she designs.

Treffry is not just a designer but also a dedicated mother of two, a wife, and a pet lover, with a dog and two newly added bunnies. Her personal life is a reflection of the warmth and care she pours into her work, crafting jewelry that carries meaning and significance to her customers. She understands how important it is to feel connected to the jewelry you wear, and she strives to create pieces that tell a story.
Refund Policy
You are entitled to an exchange or refund or exchange within 14 days of your purchase. This period will be extended from Dec.1st to January 10th. Please note the product must be returned unused, in original packaging. In case of refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. Please contact us for the return address.

Custom Orders
Due to the nature of custom orders, these are non-refundable.
Repairs
In the event a repair is needed after the 14 day return period please inquire by e-mail for return address. Stones and geodes are often one of a kind and may be not be able to be replaced exactly, Every effort to find a replacement stone will be made. A fee for a broken stone replacement will apply. Other repairs to pieces will often be covered under my commitment to quality. Please contact us for any questions on repairs.
