Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

Contact info@plumajewelry.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We cannot guarantee orders may be cancelled and eligibility for cancellation will depend on whether the order has already been processed for shipment.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How long does it take for orders to ship?

Available pieces will ship within 3 business days. You will receive a tracking email at shipment. 

Custom orders will ship when ready. Custom orders can take between 1-2 weeks to ship and up to 4 weeks for Diamond and Golden Universe pieces. Please reach out with questions regarding timeline for custom pieces.

What is your shipping policy?

Domestic U.S. shipping is free and will be by first class USPS mail. 

Other shipping upgrade options are available and will be paid by the buyer. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What is your refund policy?

You are entitled to an exchange or refund or exchange within 14 days of your purchase. This period will be extended from Dec.1st to January 10th.  Please note the product must be returned unused, in original packaging. In case of refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. Please contact us for the return address.

Custom Orders

Due to the nature of custom orders, these are non-refundable.


Repairs

In the event a repair is needed after the 14 day return period please inquire by e-mail for return address.   Stones and geodes are often one of a kind and may be not be able to be replaced exactly,  Every effort to find a replacement stone will be made. A fee for a broken stone replacement will apply. Other repairs to pieces will often be covered under my commitment to quality.  Please contact us for any questions on repairs.

Do you ship overseas?

Please reach out to info@plumajewelry.com for information on international shipping. Additional shipping costs will apply for orders placed outside of the U.S.

Jewelry

When do new Monthly Drop Collections release online?

New collections drop on the second Thursday of each month. Sign up for the newsletter for 10% off your first order and to know when the collection drops are live.

What is your jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is made up of either gold filled components or certified heavy 14k gold overlay. Earrings will always be nickel and allergen free.

How do I care for my jewelry from Pluma?

This jewelry is made with high quality components that will be long lasting with normal wear.   

Wash with mild soap and water and a soft cloth when dirty. No need to remove rings or bracelets for handwashing. 

Avoid daily exposure to chemicals like perfume or chlorine.
